Over the winter months I had all intentions of sharing more sweet family sessions and updating images on my website. But that has not quite happen liked I hoped🙃
Life has seemed to be a lot busier than it typically is during these winter months and my 7 year old is already counting down the days till summer. After this bout of snow and ice we just had, and I have to say I’m right there with her😆

Woke up today feeling over whelmed with thankfulness for what this year has brought. From the small every day things that I’m guilty of so easily taking for granted to the bigger blessings God has so graciously given us.
I hope no matter your circumstances your hearts are filled with loved today and you know what a blessing you truly are.

I’ve been sitting here staring at my screen for what feels like quite some time now trying to come up with the right words to share in this post. The way this session touched my heart I can’t quite put into words.
Sweet Marilyn is fighting a battle no child should ever have to fight. Marilyn has T Cell Leukemia in her brain and spine, and has been going through treatments. And yet she still showed up with the most contagious smile on her face. It truly amazes me how resilient children can be, things that would bring us down they somehow can fight through and do it with a smile on their face and love in their heart.
It was such a blessing to my heart to get to spend some moments witnessing Marilyn’s strength and light.
Please keep this sweet girl and her family in your prayers, she’s such a warrior 💛🧡
