I’m honored to have been selected as the photographer for a 2026 Main Street Alabama Storytelling Grant project, made possible through the support of the Alabama State Council on the Arts, Alabama Tourism, and Main Street Alabama.

Through this project, I had the privilege of capturing the character, history, and charm of Historic Downtown Madison through my lens—highlighting the details, architecture, and sense of place that make this community so special.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to use the gifts God has given me to help tell meaningful stories through photography, especially the stories of the people and places that make North Alabama unique.

I'm excited and honored to share that one of my photographs has been selected for Hear to Be Seen 3: Connect, Collaborate, Create! 📸🎶

The image was created through a collaboration with local musician Claire Gaxiola after we met at last month's DevHouse hosted by the Apollo Coalition at MidCity District. I'm keeping the photograph under wraps until the exhibition opens, so if you'd like to be among the first to see it—along with the other 27 selected works by talented North Alabama photographers—you'll have to come experience it in person.

I was truly honored to get a call from Creighton’s wife.

Years ago, he saw my work on a Save the Date card and saved my information. Fast forward 12 years—when it was time to celebrate his 50th birthday with a photoshoot, he told his wife, "Reach out to this guy."

The amazing part? He lives in Atlanta. We had never met, never spoken, and weren't even connected on social media until the day of his session.

Moments like these remind me that God's plans are always bigger than ours. His timing, provision, favor, and blessings continue to amaze me.

I know people compliment my work, but the truth is... I'm not that good. I just serve a GREAT God who keeps opening doors I could never open myself.
