Denim on denim! Why fit in when you can blend in? LOL

I actually like that she blends with the background. Her expression and her ability to be so comfortable and confident is everything and why this first shot works! Loved working with Lexi and appreciated her professionalism at such a young age.

Working with young actors over the years has taught me that the best headshots happen when kids feel comfortable enough to simply be present.

Some walk into the studio already understanding the camera. Others need guidance, reassurance, and space to get out of their head and be present. Knowing how to navigate that difference is part of the process that separates one photographer from the other.

It is always an honor to work with such talented young performers, like Caitlin, and the families who trust me with this part of their journey.
