I heard that from every studio manager I’ve ever had. They were amazing. But the real job was keeping it all in my head: every inquiry, every timeline, every “did I send that?”

So I built Dollie. She works 5 to 9 so I don’t have to: drafts the replies, digs up the W-9, tells me where a wedding stands. Nothing goes to a client until I tap Send.
