People fear what they don’t understand.
But the more time I spend in the ocean... the more respect I have for sharks.
Galapagos sharks are ancient, intelligent, essential to the balance of the ocean, and honestly? Absolutely incredible to witness in their world.
The ocean doesn’t need fewer sharks.
It needs more people willing to protect them.
Healthy sharks. Healthy oceans.
Healthy planet.

Maybe the monsters were never the sharks.
Maybe it was the stories we told about them? 🌊🦈

These ancient ocean guardians have been here for millions of years… long before us.
Powerful. Intelligent. Essential to the balance of the sea.

Swimming beside Galapagos sharks changed something in me.
Not fear. Respect. Awe. Wonder.

And honestly? They deserve better than being turned into villains. 💙

Most people see fear.
I saw freedom!!! 🌊🦈🔥

Floating in open ocean with sharks everywhere SHOULD have terrified me… but honestly?!
I’ve NEVER felt more alive!!! 🤣🌊

No cage.
No panic.
Just me, the ocean, and a whole lot of sharks!!! 🦈

And honestly?
Sharks are just misunderstood, curious little creatures trying to exist in THEIR world… not the monsters people make them out to be. 🌊🦈💙

Turns out the wildest places on earth feel a little like home to me!!! 🔥
