I had already dreamed up this Christmas set before yesterday. I’ve been working so hard to bring y’all the best setup I’ve had and I knew I wanted vintage Christmas, peppermint candy, my beautiful red Victorian couch, and lots Christmas lights!
Then yesterday, we lost Dolly Parton. 💔
And suddenly, this Christmas set felt like something a little more special.
So this year, I’m calling it A Hard Candy Christmas…a little tribute to Dolly. ❤️
Dolly was so much more than a country music legend. She was a songwriter, storyteller, friend and one of those rare people who seemed to make the whole world feel a little happier. She reminded us to dream big, work hard, be kind, laugh at ourselves, and never forget where we came from.
Her music has been part of Christmas, family memories, road trips, heartbreaks, celebrations, and so many moments in our lives. And now, her legacy will continue to be part of the memories we make with our own families.
So when you step in front of this set this Christmas, I hope you see more than a pretty Christmas setup, I hope you see a little bit of Dolly’s joy, sparkle, nostalgia, and BIG personality. ✨🎀
