Hey friends, I wanted to share a quick reminder about session attendance and communication.

I know life can be unpredictable. Kids get sick, work schedules change, and unexpected things come up. If you're unable to make your scheduled session, all I ask is that you please reach out and let me know as soon as possible. Communication goes a long way, and I'm always happy to work with clients when circumstances arise and I am able to do so.

That being said, I do have a zero-tolerance policy for session no-shows. When a session is missed without any communication, that time is lost and cannot be offered to another client who may have been hoping for that spot. This also results in a loss of income for me, and really is just very disrespectful of my time.

Because of this, clients who no-show a session without contacting me will not be eligible to book future sessions.

As a small business owner, wife, and mom, my time is incredibly valuable, and I work hard to serve each client well. Every session involves planning, preparation, and time away from my own family, so I kindly ask that my time be respected just as I respect yours.

Thank you to all of my wonderful clients who communicate, show up, and continue to support my business. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
