A little summer romance in the heart of Charlotte.

Tamiana & Justis’ engagement session brought the heat! We spent a hot July afternoon exploring the area surrounding the Charlotte District Attorney’s Building and making the most of every moment while racing the incoming afternoon thunderstorms. Between the beautiful architecture and sweet moments, this summer session was such a joy to capture.

I can’t wait to celebrate these two again in May as they begin their next chapter together!

The quiet and quaint charm of Old Salem made the sweetest backdrop for Elizabeth and Doug’s engagement session. Between the historic architecture and charming streets, their engagement session felt like something out of a timeless romance.

There’s something so beautiful about maternity sessions. The in-between season of life full of anticipation, excitement, and moments before everything changes.

Earlier this summer we soaked up every bit of golden hour light at Fleurish Greenhouse and documented this sweet couple’s pregnancy with baby boy due in a few weeks.

I’m so grateful to have been able to preserve this little piece of their story just before becoming a family of 3 and a whole new kind of love enters their lives.

Who says Hickory can’t be classy? ✨ Jessi & Will made downtown Hickory look so effortlessly elegant for their engagement session. We were racing the storm to squeeze in these gorgeous moments before the rain rolled in, and I’d say it was worth the rush.

Classic architecture, a beautiful couple, and a little bit of stormy magic created the perfect afternoon celebrating these two and the love they share. So excited for you two!

These 2026 weddings have been nothing short of incredible, and it’s shaping up to be such a beautiful year filled with unforgettable celebrations and love stories. 🤍

Caroline and Owen’s April wedding on Good Friday was especially meaningful. The love they share for each other and their unwavering faith in Christ was evident in every moment. Witnessing their ceremony was truly moving, and there were definitely a few tears shed behind the camera.
