A rainy Chicago morning somehow turned into the perfect backdrop.

We wandered around the Wrigley Building, found a few quiet corners, and let the city do its thing in the background. These two made my job easy. Dressed to the nines, with the timeless Chicago architecture setting the scene. Some places never go out of style—and neither does being completely in love.

The kind of joy you can feel through every photo. ✨
Andres & Hannah were all smiles from the second she said yes at the Lincoln Park Nature Boardwalk — completely wrapped up in each other with the Chicago skyline behind them.

Andres enlisted Hannah’s best friends and family to help plan this surprise proposal. They had both of their families in the vicinity to witness this. What’s even more exciting is that he planned a get together with their closest families and friends at a nearby bar. And boy that was one happy crowd!

Somewhere between the marble halls and timeless paintings, Esther & Urchit made the Art Institute of Chicago feel entirely their own. Black on black, surrounded by centuries of art, and still somehow the most striking thing in every room. 🖤

Connor knew exactly what he was doing when he suggested a simple walk by the lake at Forest Park Beach 🤍

No rain. No harsh sun. Just the kind of quiet, overcast morning that makes everything feel still for a moment. What Hannah thought was just another walk turned into the sweetest surprise proposal — and the look on her face said everything.

But the surprises weren’t over yet.

Connor’s family met them right after the proposal. Better yet, Hannah’s Mom, Dad, and brother had also secretly flown in from out of town, turned off their locations so she wouldn’t get suspicious, and waited nearby until the moment Connor got down on one knee. The second Hannah saw her family walking toward them, the tears really started flowing 🥹

One of those days where everything somehow falls perfectly into place.

For a backup location on a cold, foggy day, Lincoln Park Nature Boardwalk is always a great choice! Kerry and Alina were hoping for skyline background for their Chicago engagement session at North Ave Beach. Unfortunately, the city was encapsulated by a thick fog that day!
