I’m a hopeful romantic, emotional, easily excited, bawl during almost every movie & totally invested in everything I do. If you love HP, then we’re already becoming besties. Better yet - Harry Potter themed wedding? It’s SO important to me to see the world, to adventure always & experience life in new ways that mayyyy sometimes result in injuries (but, of course, create great stories). Give me tac

I’m also a yoga teacher and work at a local studio that gives me so much love & life. Alongside photography, it is the perfect combination for a down-to-Earth, carefree gal like myself. I’m often described as patient, laid back & always smiling. I crack up to feel-good TV comedies like How I Met Your Mother, New Girl, Friends, The Office & Modern Family. I can binge a Netflix show like it’s my third job. I’m also a sucker for reality TV shows like Big Brother (yesssss Big Brother!) & The Bachelor (cue the hopeful romantic in me). Anywayssssss… I’m in a seriously happy relationship with my best friend & adventure partner for life. If you know him, you know that he is the gentlest, kindest human being. I snagged an absolute gem. The way he makes me feel is what gives me the passion & motivation to tell other people’s love stories because I know just how good it feels to be loved by someone you want to spend the rest of your life loving back. I love what I do. And I wouldn’t change a thing

I don’t care that it’s 11:15pm… I can’t wait any longer to share these sneak peeks from Storm & Reece’s wedding in East Tawas this past Saturday. We got to sneak away to Tawas Point State Park for some beautiful portraits and I’ll tell you this… it’s exactly the kind of day I dream of. We could have easily stayed near the venue… but instead we skipped cocktail hour, hopped in the truck and drove up the road to take this once in a lifetime opportunity to really take advantage of the time we had.

There are definitely more sneak peeks to come… I just needed to share these with the world.

It is so much fun being a family photographer 🥰

I have to say… since the weather broke, I have felt a happiness and motivation and focus I haven’t felt in YEARS. I’m absolutely loving the direction things are going with my photography business, I started a second business as a home baker, I have been so motivated to maintain a garden, try new things and am so excited to get our backyard in order. And on top of all of that, I am finding so much joy in raising Haley and making memories as a family.

It’s just a wonderful feeling and I can’t wait for more summer memories to come 🫶🏻
