The last first day.

Somehow, the girls who taught me how to coach back when I was their age are now walking into their senior year. These girls have challenged me, trusted me, made me laugh ALL THE TIME, and reminded me every day why this job is so much bigger than softball.

You guys were the reason I fell in love with coaching. Before I ever knew what kind of coach I wanted to be, you gave me the chance to learn, to grow, and to find a passion that has changed my life forever.

Watching you walk into your last first day is bittersweet. I’m so proud of the young women you’ve become, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t wishing time would slow down just a little!!!😭

Thank you for letting me be a small part of your story. I’ll be cheering for you this year just like I always have! I’m your biggest fan!!! Let’s make this final season one we’ll never forget. 🤍🥎
