Mickey & Graham’s wedding at Settles Hill Banquet & Events was one of those weddings where there was something to photograph everywhere I turned — beautiful details, sweet family moments, and a few things that were just SO perfectly them.

Of course, their Lord of the Rings & Hobbit-inspired theme made the day even more fun and unique. 🌿 From their incredible details to the Hobbiton Post, they put so much thought into making their wedding truly their own.

What an amazing day celebrating the wedding of **Michaela & Graham Wright** yesterday at the beautiful **Settles Hill Banquet & Events in Altamont!** 🤍💍📸

The day truly could not have been more perfect — beautiful sunny skies, a gentle breeze, and absolutely perfect temperatures. ☀️ It was the kind of day every couple dreams of for their wedding!

Michaela and Graham, thank you for allowing me to be a part of such a special day and trusting me to capture all of these memories for you. ❤️

I had such an amazing opportunity to photograph this beautiful family at the New York State Education Department in Downtown Albany. 📸🤍

There is just something so special about using historic architecture as the backdrop for a family session. The incredible details, grand columns, stonework, and character found in these old buildings simply can’t be replicated in today’s architecture.

And when you add a beautiful family like this into the mix… perfection. ❤️

Downtown Albany has so many gorgeous little corners for photos, and this session was a perfect reminder that sometimes the most beautiful locations are right in our own backyard.
