While I try not to pose couples too much and instead let them be themselves, there are certain shots that everyone loves and always seem to stand the test of time.

Then there are the moments that happen completely on their own. A reflection in a mirror, window light, or when the sun hits just right. Those are often the moments that become favorites. My goal is to create a mix of both—timeless portraits and genuine moments that tell the story of your day as it actually happened.

FOR THE GROOMS.

Not many photographers talk about this side of the wedding day, but some of my favorite images come from the groom’s perspective.

I remember standing there at my own wedding, watching everything slow down the moment I had my cue to walk and yet everything felt like a blur. Watching her walk down the aisle. It’s still one of my favorite photos from that day because I can remember exactly how that moment felt.

When you look back on your wedding years from now, the photos that hold the most value are usually the emotional ones — the reactions, the anticipation, and the moments you didn’t even realize were being captured.
