As my fiancée and I get closer to our wedding day, we've been reflecting on the kind of life we want to build together—one centered around health, family, community, and supporting local whenever possible.

That's a big part of why I started baking sourdough.

What began as a passion for creating nourishing food has grown into something I'm incredibly grateful for. Every loaf is made with care, using simple ingredients and traditional fermentation methods. No seed oils, no unnecessary additives—just real food made the way it was meant to be.

I also make it a priority to source local ingredients whenever I can because I believe great food starts with great ingredients and supporting the farmers and producers in our own community.

It's hard to believe that in just a couple of weeks, I'll be standing at the altar with my best friend, saying "I do." ❤️

As a wedding photographer, I've had the privilege of witnessing so many incredible love stories. I've captured first looks, happy tears, heartfelt vows, and unforgettable celebrations. But now, for the first time, I get to experience all of those emotions from the other side of the camera.

This season has given me an even deeper appreciation for the couples who trust me to document one of the biggest days of their lives. I understand the excitement, the nerves, the anticipation, and the joy that come with planning a wedding and preparing to marry the person you love most.
