Parents, this one’s for you. 👀📸

Your family photo session does NOT have to start with yelling, “Hurry up!” “Stop moving!” or “You better smile!” 😂

And please don’t stress about making sure everyone is perfectly behaved. Your kids are kids! The wiggles, giggles, big personalities, and in-between moments are often what make your photos feel the most real. 🤍

So before your next family session, take a deep breath, give yourself plenty of time, and leave the pressure at home.

We may have risked getting caught in a downpour for these... but I’d say they were so worth it. 🌧️🌻

There will almost always be something trying to convince you to reschedule—the iffy weather, traffic on the way to your session, figuring out what everyone is going to wear, wondering if the kids will cooperate, or just the beautiful chaos of this season of life.

The truth is, life rarely slows down. The chaos just changes.
