I’ve had the joy of photographing this family since moving back to the Nashville area and getting to document them as they welcomed their second little boy, Mac, was so special.

And William. 🤍 The number of times he held my hand, hugged me and wanted me right there with him throughout our morning together might have been my favorite part.

It’s such a sweet reminder that this work is so much more relational than transactional. Being invited into your homes and into these incredibly meaningful seasons of your lives is something I’ll never take for granted.

So grateful for families who continue to invite me back as their stories grow.

This summer, I opened my own little studio space right here in Franklin and I’m so excited to finally share a little more of what I’ve been creating here.

Hot summer nights are sometimes worth it for that golden glow. ✨

The vibrant greens, warm light and the sweetest one-year-old made this such a fun summer evening to capture. This family is native to Brentwood and there was something extra special about photographing this milestone in a place that already holds so much of their story, including their engagement photos years ago.

I had the honor of photographing the grand opening of KidStrong West Nashville and am just getting around to sharing these photos.

Meet Virginia. 💓The longer I do this, the more I realize that the photographs are only part of it.

The real gift is getting a front-row seat to these growing families and being trusted to document their story through the years.

I first met this sweet family when their son was a newborn, and this spring I had the joy of meeting his baby sister and watching him step into his new role as big brother.

What a privilege it is to witness these chapters unfold and preserve them for years to come. 🤍
