Well… Mother Nature had other plans for my editing schedule today. 😂⛈️

Our power outage has put a little pause on **sneak peeks and editing**, but thankfully we’re doing just fine! Jerry has the generator going, the animals are happy again, and aside from a tree taking out a little fencing, everything here was pretty minimal... especially compared to 2023. At least we aren’t moving out this time! 😂

I was already planning to head out camping with my husband and some of our kiddos tomorrow, but we had a few extra things to do to make that happen.

I’ll be back at the computer and catching up on galleries and sneak peeks when we get home!

**Also, my inbox has been filling up with senior photo inquiries, so I’m including my Senior Packages here for anyone who has been thinking about booking. 🎓📸

If I could, I’d share every single photo from her gallery… and hey, maybe I will. 😂

But considering I’ve only gotten this far into editing and I already had to stop what I was doing just to share this one, I’d say that’s a pretty good sign of what’s to come. 😍

Senior sessions should feel like *YOU*

For this Fowlerville High School senior, that meant capturing a little bit of real life.
His dirt bike, his truck, the country setting he calls home, and ending the evening with a cast into the water.

I love when a senior session isn’t just about getting a good photo, but about documenting the things they actually enjoy and the way this season of life really looks for them.

Happy National Dog Day 🐾🤎

When Ally asked if her 10-year-old Labradoodle, Harley, could be part of her senior session, the answer was obviously **YES.**

Because senior photos aren't just about documenting who you are... they're about remembering who was right beside you during this chapter, too. 🥹

Okay, when was the last time your **ENTIRE family** was in a professional photo together?

And I mean everyone! Grandma and Grandpa, their grown kids, spouses, grandkids... the whole crew.

I would LOVE to do more **generational family sessions** this fall!

This sweet little girl made me a Nana, and I still can't believe I get to say those words.

I've spent years behind my camera capturing families, newborns, and milestones, but nothing could have prepared me for what it feels like when it's your grandbaby in front of the lens. Every tiny smile, every little yawn, every perfect finger and toe feels like a miracle.

She has already brought so much joy, so much gratitude, and so much love into our family. Watching my daughter and soon-to-be son in law become parents has been one of the greatest privileges of my life, and holding this precious little girl reminds me just how beautiful this season of life truly is.

Welcome to the world, sweet girl. Nana already loves you more than words could ever say. 🤍📸✨

Well... it's finally fair week! 🐷❤️

If you've been wondering why I've been a little quieter than usual, this is why.

The next several days will be spent at the Fowlerville Family Fair cheering on my kids as they show the market hogs and breeding gilts they've worked so hard to raise this year.

Before we finished making the kids pen signs, we had to sneak in one last photo session because every pig deserves a good portrait for it. 😊 I might be a little biased, but I think they cleaned up pretty nicely!

These kids have spent months feeding, washing, training, and caring for these animals. The ribbons are exciting, but watching their dedication, responsibility, and growth has always been my favorite part.

Photography may be my business, but these pigs and these kids are a huge part of who I am.

Wish us luck this week! We'd appreciate all the good thoughts as they step into the ring. ❤️
