Lessons from on top of the world:
There’s something about seeing the world from this high that rearranges your sense of importance.
All those buildings. All those windows. All those people carrying private dreams, private grief, private battles, private hope.
It reminds me that none of us are the center of this story.
And somehow, that feels comforting.
We’re just here for a while — trying things, loving people, getting some of it beautifully right and some of it spectacularly wrong, learning what matters as we go.
I don’t want a life that looks perfect from a distance.
I want one that feels alive from the inside.
Full of curiosity. Connection. Wonder. Depth. A little chaos. A lot of heart.
And I have a feeling the people who understand that will understand exactly what I mean.
