Levi’s senior session was one for the books! There’s something special about creating senior portraits that are truly him. His horses, the roping pen, and a whole lot of cowboy personality made this session so personal and so much fun.

Senior year only comes around once, and I love when we get to celebrate it by incorporating the things that make you who you are. These are more than senior pictures. They’re memories of a season of life that deserves to be remembered.

Santa at The Lovorn | Holiday Mini Sessions 🎅🏻

This year, Santa is coming to The Lovorn in Jackson, and we're doing Christmas a little differently.

THE IMAGE IS OF MY STUDIO SET UP

THE SECOND PHOTO IS OUR SANTA CLAUS! (SANTA STEVE)

Think rich, moody, and timeless with warm wooden floors, exposed brick, deep greens, vibrant reds, and a classic Christmas feel. This won't be a bright, cookie cutter Christmas setup. We're going for something that feels like it belongs in a beautiful holiday magazine.

Each mini session includes:

7 fully edited digital images
Luxe editing with a polished, magazine worthy finish
A private online gallery for viewing and downloading
Pets are welcome! 🐾
Up to 5 people per set
Bring the kids, bring the dog, bring the Christmas spirit. Come dressed up or keep it cozy. Either way, we'll create something beautiful you'll actually want to print and put on the wall.

The Gatlin Wedding | October 24, 2026 🤍
Some wedding days just have a way of reminding you why you fell in love with photographing them in the first place.

On October 24th, Emily Shook and TJ Gatlin gathered with their favorite people at the beautiful Southwind venue in Shannon, Mississippi, to begin their next chapter together.
There is something special about an October wedding in Mississippi. The warmth of fall, the anticipation in the air, and all those little moments that make a wedding day so much more than a ceremony.

From the beautiful floral details lovingly created by Emily's sister, Angela, to the celebration that followed, every part of the day came together to tell a story that was uniquely theirs.

And can we give a little appreciation to the people behind the scenes? A wedding day doesn't come together without a whole lot of talented hands, and this one had some wonderful ones! Stacy with Going to the Chapel was an absolute pleasure to work alongside, keeping everything moving beautifully.

Emily and TJ, thank you for trusting me to document such an important piece of your story. Years from now, when the flowers have dried and the music has faded, I hope these photographs take you right back to how it all felt.

Here's to the Gatlins, a lifetime of love, and all the beautiful chapters still to come. 🥂

Jessica & Brandon | 10.17.2026 🤍📍 Chapelwoods | Mount Olive, Mississippi
Some wedding days are extra special because of the love and heart poured into every little detail, and Jessica and Brandon’s was certainly one of those!

Jessica was a DIY bride through and through! She had a vision, rolled up her sleeves, and put so much of herself into bringing their day together. Jenny and the wonderful team at Chapelwoods stepped in to help pull those final details together, and everything came together beautifully.

On a gorgeous Mississippi fall day, surrounded by their children and the people they love most, Jessica and Brandon said their vows in a ceremony officiated by family. And I think there’s something incredibly special about that. A wedding isn't just about two people. Sometimes it's about two families and all the love that brought them to that moment. 🤍

I also have to give a HUGE thank you to my talented associate photographer, Erica Burleson, who took the reins as lead photographer until Scarlett and I could join everyone for the ceremony and finish out the evening. Having people in your corner who you trust with your clients and your work is priceless. We make one heck of a team, and I'm so grateful for her!
