🔥 Most Exciting Game: Hanks vs. Pebble Hills
I’m expecting a high-scoring affair! If Pebble Hills can find a way to slow down Hanks’ explosive offense, the Spartans could run away with it. If not, this could become a “last team with the ball wins” type of game. I’m taking Pebble Hills!
👀 Coronado vs. Burgess
Both teams are fighting to prove themselves and show they belong among the big dogs. I have Coronado edging out Burgess, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Burgess pulled it off. The Mustangs have shown major improvement over the last couple of weeks.
⚡ El Dorado vs. Del Valle
This is another sneaky-good matchup. El Dorado is coming off its first loss, while Del Valle is coming off its first win. The question is whether Del Valle’s offense can keep pace with El Dorado. It’s not a matter of whether the Aztecs can score—it’s how much they’ll score. I’m taking El Dorado!
💥 Lower Valley Game of the Week: Chapin vs. Riverside
I have Chapin winning, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Riverside bowed its neck and put up a serious fight. This one could get interesting!
🌵 West Side Game of the Week: Franklin vs. Andress
Franklin hasn’t fully arrived this season, but facing an explosive Andress offense means the Cougars better bring their A-game. Otherwise, this one could be over by halftime. I’m taking Andress, although I expect a much-improved performance from Franklin.
