I’ve been making a few changes around my studio lately, and I’m officially obsessed with my new faux window/light wall!

Getting to photograph this sweet little girl was the perfect way to break it in! Those squishy cheeks, tiny toes, and the biggest smiles made this session so much fun.

I can’t wait to create more beautiful memories in this new space 🤍

I’m not quite done sharing photos from this beautiful Nashville wedding yet.

The big moments will always be unforgettable, but there’s something special about the little details that helped tell their story—the handwritten vows, the rings, the dress, the perfume she chose for the day, and all the quiet moments before everything began.

This woman trusted me with one of the biggest days of her life knowing it would be my very first full wedding.

Not only that, but she flew me all the way from El Paso to Nashville to capture it.

To be honest, I was nervous.

My husband was standing beside his best friend as the best man, I was photographing my first wedding of this size, and we even brought our daughter along for the weekend.

What I didn’t expect was how loved and supported we would feel.

From the moment we arrived in Nashville, their families welcomed us with open arms. While I was running around capturing moments and my husband was busy fulfilling his best man duties, there was always someone making sure our little girl was cared for. It truly felt like I was part of the celebration, not just there to document it.

I’ll never forget the tears, the hugs, the laughter, and all the moments that made this day so special. But what I’ll remember most is the trust that was placed in me.

Everyone starts somewhere, and I’ll always be grateful that Miranda and Tanner allowed me to be part of their story while I was beginning this chapter of mine.

Congratulations to the newlyweds. 🤍

And Miranda, thank you for trusting me before I had the experience to prove myself. That kind of faith in someone is something they’ll never forget—and I know I never will. 🤍
