Today is my 2 years in business.

As someone who used to have no hope for her future, that is amazing to say.

7 years ago I changed my life around for the better and God has only blessed me since then. I am no high school diploma, I have no college degrees.. everything I have made - is self taught and earned. By the grace of God.

I took a chance by starting out with a little camera from Facebook marketplace, slowly upgrading and building this business.. Spending countless hours on Youtube University, learning from other talented photographers, pouring everything I have into building this brand.

Now I have a ā€œfancyā€ camera and Iā€™m building in the process of building a studio.

I made a decision to show up every day for this business, never knowing if it really would ever amount to anything more than a hobby.

But today, reflecting on the past 2 years I can see that is has become so much more than just a business.

I have documented countless couples committing their lives to each other, babies meeting the world for the first time, families and the intimate moments they have with other.. none of it have I taken lightly.

Chances are youā€™ve seen me tear up at a wedding, blow bubbles, play rock paper scissors, or have a foot race with your little one to get them to cooperate - I am always giving it my all.

The fact that you all see that and support me each day fills my entire heart with gratitude. Thank you for loving how I see the world, thank you for supporting me. šŸ¤

*shoutout to my husband for taking these for me and cheering me on every single day. I couldnā€™t do any of this without him. And to One.Bite.Treats for this BEAUTIFUL MAJESTIC CAKE. She nailed the fairy princess vibešŸ„¹
