✨ 50 Years of Love, Memories & Forever! 🤍💍

I had the absolute honor of photographing a very special milestone, a beautiful couple celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary! Married in 1976, their love story is one worth celebrating, and getting to capture this evening was truly something special.

One of my favorite parts was seeing all the original wedding treasures they brought along! 🥹 From the original wedding dress and veil to the cake topper, wedding album, ring pillow, bridesmaids, and even the flower girl, they brought pieces of their wedding day back to life, and we captured it all! Every item held a little piece of their story and helped make this session so meaningful.

As a photographer, these are the moments I love most, preserving memories, celebrating love, and capturing the little details that make a story uniquely yours. ❤️

Thank you for choosing me to capture such a beautiful evening and for allowing me to be a small part of celebrating 50 incredible years together. What an honor to help preserve these memories for years to come!

Some families become so much more than clients, and this is one of those families. ❤️

Dr. Lamb started out as a coworker and became such a special friend. Her family is just as sweet as she is, and I feel so lucky to have been able to capture these memories for them!

Apparently, her daughter had been reminding Mom for a while that they needed updated family photos to hang in their home. After experiencing a house fire a few years ago, having new family photos to display meant even more. 🥹❤️

I absolutely loved that we were able to do these photos right at their home, on their porch, surrounded by their animals. There was something so special about capturing them in a place that means so much to them, with the people and animals who make their house a home.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do. It’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about preserving memories, celebrating the people we love, and giving families something tangible to hold onto for years to come.

Dr. Lamb, thank you for trusting me to capture these sweet memories for your beautiful family. This session will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️📸

🐛🍎 The Very Hungry Caterpillar turns ONE! 🌈💚

Oh, sweet Harper! 🥹✨ There is something so incredibly special about getting to photograph a family through all of life’s biggest milestones, and this family will always hold such a special place in my heart.

I started photographing these two back when they were just dating… then came the engagement (and getting to help plan those engagement photos!), their wedding day, and so many beautiful memories in between. And now, here we are celebrating their sweetest little girl turning ONE! 🥹🎂

Getting to watch their love story grow into a family and document each new chapter is one of the biggest blessings of what I do. These aren’t just photos to me. They’re pieces of a family’s story, memories they’ll look back on for years to come, and little moments that become even more precious with time. ❤️

Harper’s Very Hungry Caterpillar first birthday session was full of the sweetest details, colorful fun, and so much personality! 🐛🍓🦋 I truly love being a small part of this family’s journey, and I’m so grateful they continue to trust me with their most precious memories.

From dating, to “I do,” to baby’s first birthday… I’ll never get over how special it is to grow alongside the families I photograph. 🥹📸

More than photos — memories for a lifetime.

🤍 For the love that never leaves us… Rest peacefully, sweet Henna. 🐾

Some sessions hold a special place in your heart, and this one will forever be one of mine.

Henna wasn’t just another sweet face in front of my camera. She was one of my coworkers’ dogs, a girl I had known for years. In fact, I had even been the one to run her anesthesia during procedures at the hospital. So when it was time for Emily to say goodbye to her sweet girl, being able to capture these last precious memories was incredibly special to me. ❤️

We spent our time together in Henna’s backyard, where she felt most comfortable. There was food, treats, lots of love, and even some adorable tutu dresses. We took our time capturing all the little details, the sweet moments, and the things that make Henna uniquely Henna. Nothing was rushed. We simply let her enjoy her time, surrounded by love, in her own space.

These photographs are now so much more than pictures. They are memories frozen in time. They are the little details Emily will always be able to look back on, the moments she can revisit, and a beautiful reminder of a love that will never fade.

I’m sharing these images because I want people to know that I’m here for all of it. The big milestones, the joyful celebrations, the growing families, the new beginnings, and the moments we wish we didn’t have to face. I’m here for the beautiful, the messy, the bittersweet, and the heartbreaking.

Because sometimes, the photographs that mean the most are the ones that help us hold on a little longer. 🤍

Some pups just know how to completely steal the spotlight, and this sweet face definitely did!

I mean… one brown eye, one blue eye, those gorgeous markings, and a whole lot of personality. 😍

Capturing the little details that make your pets them is one of my favorite parts of photography. Because they’re not “just pets”, they’re family, and their goofy faces, sweet expressions, and unique personalities deserve to be remembered forever. 🤎

There is something I truly believe…
Our pets deserve to be photographed just as much as the rest of our family.

Their time with us is never long enough, but the memories and photographs we create together last forever.

Working in veterinary medicine full-time for the past 26+ years, has given me a deep love and respect for animals. Every day I care for dogs and cats, and I’ve learned that every pet has their own personality, comfort level, and way of communicating.

That experience has become one of the greatest strengths I bring to every pet session.

🐾 I have a calm, patient approach that helps nervous pets relax.

🐾 I know how to safely work with excited, shy, senior, and even special-needs pets. I can read their body language.

🐾 I spend the time needed to earn their trust instead of rushing them.

🐾 I can usually get even the most distracted pets to look toward the camera.

🐾 I welcome the goofy moments, the zoomies, the slobbery kisses, and the quiet cuddles, because that’s who they truly are.
I don’t expect your pet to sit perfectly. I simply want to capture the love between you and your best friend.

Whether they’re a brand-new puppy, a lifelong adventure buddy, or enjoying their golden years, every stage of their life deserves to be remembered.
