IMAGINE - A billionaire invests in a massive building to house an artists collective with a huge gallery, and lots of studio spaces. He assembles a team of the most talented artists he can find and pays each of them millions to take residency and produce creative work with no distractions from daily life such as needing another means of making a living. He hires the best art instructors and historians to coach his team of artists, and once a week the team opens a show of their latest work which is hyped daily on the arts segment of national and local media newscasts.
