A glimpse at the morning studio set up followed by an epic sunset we were lucky to work with last week and the dog quad responsible for all the chaos.

4 dogs (2 seniors, 2 puppies).

You all should head to the Dog Pub Social this weekend to get out some of their nervous energy before all the celebrations.

Physical and mental exercise before fireworks can help calm dogs during fireworks by reducing excess energy and stress.

Plan a long walk, hike, play session, or other favorite activity earlier in the day before fireworks begin.

Dogs that are mentally and physically tired may be less reactive to loud noises and stressful events.

🐾 A friendly reminder for dog parents: The Fourth of July is one of the busiest times of year for lost pets. Fireworks can be frightening—even for dogs that normally aren’t anxious. Make sure your pup is wearing a secure collar with updated ID tags, keep them safely indoors once the fireworks begin, and consider playing calming music or white noise to help ease their stress.

Proof that I’m basically just a professional treat-holder who happens to have a camera. 😁
If you're curious, I'll announce which one was submitted once the timer hits zero.

A huge and sincere thank you to Jennifer, Eric, Michael & Kelly who took time out of their busy schedules so that these guys could model for me!

The international competition is quickly approaching so I'll be doing a lot more model calls soon to hone in on what I want to submit.
To everyone that was so helpful and willing to participate on such a last minute freak out, thank you SO much. Keep an eye out for the next opportunity!

I was able to secure a quick photo this afternoon BUT....
I have SEVEN more competitions coming up this summer so I would like to keep all of you in the forefront of the list for being so quick to help me.
If you commented below and would NOT like to be considered for the upcoming competitions, please just send me a quick dm and ask to opt out. If I DON'T hear from you, I'm going to go down the list and send out an email to keep you in the loop. The good news is, these submissions will be for all types of sessions so if you and your pup aren't fit for one (like the water aspect for this one), they'll be plenty of other opportunities!

🆘 EMERGENCY: MODEL CALL (Must accept treats as payment)

I’m currently in a self created crisis. I entered a photo competition and completely forgot. It has to be a new image I created in a specific 2 week window and that window ends in 4 days, 36 mins and counting. lol
I need a dog model who is comfortable by the water for a quick shoot either later today or tomorrow! 🌊🐶

If you and your dog have about 20-40 minutes of extra time later 𝑻𝑯𝑰𝑺 𝑬𝑽𝑬𝑵𝑰𝑵𝑮 𝑶𝑹 𝑨𝑵𝒀 𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑬 𝑻𝑶𝑴𝑶𝑹𝑹𝑶𝑾 please comment below!

* Must be ok with water.
* Can sit/stay for more than 4 seconds without chasing a duck.
* Doesn’t mind looking majestic while potentially getting their paws wet.
* Has a "Blue Steel" look - pup version.
