Making food look cinematic.. a term I researched for a longggggg time lol
I remember watching other creatives ig to get inspiration to make videos like this. I remember long nights of literally dissecting other filmmakers work to get a better understanding of what equipment they were using, how they were using it and what made it look “cinematic”?
Now this is not a reel to tell you how we’ve already gotten there and clients are rolling in like no other. As a matter of fact it’s a more transparent one to tell you that cinematic doesn’t always pay the bills. With media shifts and time crunches for deadlines to hit numbers, some days it feels like people value quantity content vs. quality.
All that said however we refuse to fit in. We prefer to stand out and do what no one else is attempting to do. So if you’re reading this and find yourself sometimes having to shoot projects that aren’t necessarily what you dream of in order to keep going to get to your passion projects, it’s all good. We don’t stop when we’re tired. We stop when we’re done. Keep going !
