Okay, putting this out there because I know times are tough.

Photography is a luxury. It’s an investment and as much as I believe photos are incredibly important, I also understand that booking a photography session isn’t a necessity when groceries, bills, kids and LIFE come first.

So I’m officially open to TRADES.

If you own a business, provide a service, or have a skill that could benefit me/my family, I’d be willing to trade photography services instead of money when it makes sense for both of us.

A few things I’d be interested in trading photography services for:

• Photography sessions for myself/my family from another photographer
• Custom apparel, T-shirts, sweatshirts, embroidery, etc.
• Massages (especially if I am able to gift to someone)
• Nails/pedicures (same as above)
• Hair services
• Car detailing
• Lawn/yard services
• Handyman/home improvement services
• Kids’ activities, lessons or camps
• Custom cakes/treats for birthdays or events
• Beauty services
• Business services that could benefit my photography business
• Fresh produce/bread or other grocery type items

And honestly, I’m probably forgetting a TON of things I’d be interested in, so if you have a service and think, “Wait, would she trade photography for THIS?”

Family photos, branding, maternity, couples, seniors, headshots, etc. are all possibilities depending on the value of the trade.

Your time and talent have value. Mine do too. And sometimes two small businesses helping each other makes a whole lot more sense than both of us pulling money out of our pockets.
