Andy Donaldson Photography Fine art, portrait and event photography services. As time passed and adult responsibilities replaced darkroom time, I eventually lost touch with my passion.

When I started going for walks in Zoar with my camera, I never realized how much those walks would re-spark my love for photography. As a teenager, I was heavily immersed in black and white photography and even had a darkroom in my parents basement. As digital camera replaced ones that used film, I again found time to get back behind the viewfinder. Living near Zoar, I found myself down there on w

alks finding things to photograph and slowly crafting my style. When the campaign to save Zoar started, I found out how far ranging my images had been noticed as I was asked by a national organization to submit many of my images for their campaign the town and those images that are still being used today. It was then that I decided to follow my dream and begin helping others share theirs. Based in Bolivar, OH, I provide of photographic services for local businesses, organizations and individuals. Clients include:

- Zoar Community Association
- Zoar School Inn Bed & Breakfast
- Warther Museum of Dover, Ohio
- National Trust for Historic Preservation

Decided to take the 4x5 and the LomoGraflox 4x5 instax wide back down to Zoar for a quick trial. Not too bad. But until the knees are more functional, this will have to sit for a while. Shooting one of these cameras while elegant and beautiful takes a lot 🤣

We're just over a week away from one of the best fireworks shows around! Sparks Of Giving will once again happen on Saturday, August 29th at the Wilkshire Event Center in Bolivar. A great event hosted by the Zoar View Foundation to raise funds for local charitable organizations. There's not just fireworks! Still in the middle of recovery from my second knee surgery, but we did take some time this afternoon to get out and about today. As we were roaming along Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls and saw this but didn’t have the film camera(s) with me, just the iPhone.

Recovering from my second knee surgery so finally getting around to catching up on editing some images. At the end of June we took a trip up to Dunkirk, New York and spent a lovely evening watching the sunset at Point Gratiot Park. While we were enjoying our evening, my wife made a new best friend, Bo the Dog! She probably spent an hour throwing his frisbee and when that got lost, a stick. Really sweet pup. I hope the owner gets to see these.
