🥹💜 I haven’t been behind my camera in so long, and it’s breaking my heart honestly. I have a session September 26, from a previous client.. and stuff like that makes me keep going. When they come back. I just wish my reach was so much more than what it is. I genuinely love photography..

I take inspiration from other photographers, and I love this idea, so I’m following it.

I want to do something extremely special.
If there was anyone you could gift a session to, who would it be and why?

Tell me the beautiful stories behind the person you choose. Are they a recovering addict? A mother going through loss? Someone who got custody back of there babies? Someone who’s just done a complete 180 & is now kicking life’s butt?!

I’m going to pick at LEAST two people, depending on how many people comment, for a free session to celebrate the story YOU all post. The sessions will take place within the next two weeks, and I’ll probably pick the people by Friday. Location will be in de Soto, Missouri.

📸 Cost: $50 total ($10 off normal price)

I’m officially considering opening up early Halloween session bookings, & I am flowing with so many ideas, and I want to know what you guys think!

The Details:

👻 Mini Sessions: $60 | 20 Minutes | Guaranteed 20+ edited images! I'm thinking of running these in two locations: De Soto and Saint Louis so we can bring the spooky fun to both areas, and I can increase my exposure!

🍬 Kids' & adults Costume Meet-Up: $5 per child, 10$ per adult! No strict time limits, just an open, fun gathering packed with candy, pumpkins, and chaotic kid energy & inner child energy, to capture some priceless candid memories.

Hi everyone! With a lot of new faces around and people constantly searching for local photographers, I figured it was way past time to properly reintroduce myself, AGAIN 💜

My name is Kelsey, and I am the heart and lens behind Wings of Memory Photography.

Photography isn't just a job or a hobby for me; it’s how I hold onto the fleeting pieces of life that we wish we could keep forever. My absolute favorite thing in the world is specializing in kids and family sessions, watching families laugh together, letting kids run wild and be themselves, and freezing those real, unscripted seconds in time before they slip away.

It’s been a quiet few months, and to be completely honest, missing my camera and missing the magic of creating memories for you all has been tough. I love what I do, and I love this community. And just like that, the Walther Park mini sessions have come to a close. 🤍

To the four incredible families who stepped in front of my lens this weekend: thank you will never, ever be enough. You didn't just trust me to capture your moments; you gave me the space to find my true voice. Because of your vulnerability, your laughter, and your trust, I officially found my signature editing style and a level of creative confidence I didn't know was waiting for me.

Every single session was a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind. There was endless belly laughing, a little bit of chasing and yelling (😜), and the kind of radiant, unfiltered smiles you can't force or fake.

Looking through these galleries, my heart is overflowing. There is a sacred magic in the wild, unposed chaos of childhood and the invisible strings that tie a family together. Witnessing the way you love each other completely restores my soul and reminds me exactly why I picked up a camera in the first place.

Because of these beautiful albums and the joy they brought back into my creative spirit, I am officially refocusing my heart and my business back onto family photography. This is where I belong. This is the storytelling I was born to do.
