Truth be told, film + mountain ranges makes me drool a little. Sprinkle in a family with their arms full of little wildings and I’m in heaven! 🌱
Just also noting that while we stumbled on an old campfire spot and it was photographed here, we didn’t use it. Only you can prevent forest fires (but seriously, we be dryyyyy.)

Yesterday her and mom and I were in sorority together. And today her oldest is preparing to graduate high school…
Time is a funny thing, and this session was so unbelievable and yet so full circle that I came away from it mesmerized by not only the weather we experienced but by the fact that seasons, all seasons, are fleetingly precious.

Holding this summer with both hands lately can often be hard. There's planning for back-to-school, signing up for the last of camp, folding into earlier bedtimes and attempting to get back to a schedule… but taking it one step at a time, sometimes through a patch of aspen trees in a mountain meadow can slow down time for a moment and bring it all back to right now. A reminder to breathe it in and savor the presence of today 🍃
