Once a year, I photograph a home that truly earns it — exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and something that just stops you in your tracks. 1417 S. Fillmore St. is easily one of the top homes I've photographed in 2026. ✨ Thanks Kelli Barton!

New chapter unlocked: miniature photography.

Meet Superman in retirement — no more flying, no more saving the world, just knee-deep in chocolate and finally eating the junk food he never could.

Up, Up, and Zepbound! 😂

This is my first dive into the tiny-world side of photography, and I am hooked. I have been collecting props for 6 months and so excited about starting this new avenue into photography!

More retired heroes, tiny chaos, and ridiculous scenes coming soon — stay tuned.

Two bathrooms. One home. Zero boring choices.

The guest bath is pure joy — a sweeping abstract mural, sage green scallop tile, brass fixtures, and a fluted walnut vanity that grounds it all. The primary bath takes a cooler turn: a powder blue concrete vessel sink, large-format sage and blue tile, a heated brass towel warmer, and open shelving that's as functional as it is beautiful.

Same design DNA. Completely different moods. That's the Christopher's difference.

As a photographer, spaces like these are a gift. The design gives you so much to work with — bold color, rich texture, beautiful light. My job is simply to get out of the way and let it speak for itself.

I have had the pleasure of working with GTC for over 7 years photographing fire stations, schools, learning centers, medical buildings and more. This is s new fire station training center in Brighton, CO. The interior floors were created to resemble smoke from a fire. Such an innovative concept!

GTC is a full-service, employee owned commercial general contractor that has successfully completed a wide variety of projects along the Colorado Front Range for 45 years. The company’s founders started with the idea that providing clients with our commitment to exceptional quality and personal service is the key to success and that philosophy still drives our work ethic to this day.

The New Training Center includes training classrooms, inside and outside training areas and a Museum to showcase the history of The Brighton Fire Rescue District from 1888 – Present. The Training Center is home to the Training Division and EMS Division

The East 7th Avenue Historic District preserves one central neighborhood and three pieces of the park system. With the exception of a few earlier buildings, the district was built primarily from the 1890s through 1930. The district grew out from the core city.

The historic district claims its borders from a sense of neighborhood reinforced over the years by streetcar and bus lines using East 6th and East 8th Avenues, from parks bordering these avenues, and from early Denver city limits along East 6th Avenue. The old town of Harman bordered the district on East 6th Avenue between Josephine and Colorado Boulevard. A special tax district to pay for the East 7th Avenue Parkway in 1912, plus various early neighborhood organizing efforts, also contributed to a neighborhood identity. In 1958, East 6th and East 8th Avenues became one-way streets, giving families within the two-block- wide strip an even stronger sense of neighborhood.

Although 1880 E. 7th Ave. Parkway was built in 2018, the builder's kept the exceptional beauty of this historic area.

The district was developed at the height of the City Beautiful Movement. Just as district development reached Williams Street, the plan was implemented, creating the East 7th Avenue Parkway and the Williams Street Parkway. The Frederick Law Olmsted firm, designer of New York’s Central Park, was the consultant.

Recently interior designer and home owner, Terry Markwell, recreated an ambiance and maintaining the integrity of this remarkable home.

With over 30 years of experience, Terry Markwell has spent her career absorbing the local design traditions of Europe, Asia, Australia, and California. This global perspective allows her to see beyond trends, focusing instead on the tools of harmony, proportion, and clean lines.

Terry specializes in transforming overwhelming, cluttered spaces into true residences of choice.

Ralitsa Pavlova.

I photographed this amazing woman the other day and we had so much fun! The photos were for her branding of her new endeavor. See below.

"I work with either high achievers in corporate or entrepreneurs who are looking for a lifestyle change from burnout, stress, and lack of boundaries at work/relationships. My pillars are Breathwork, Somatics, Meditation and Conscious/Mindful Living. Our work results would be intentional and intuitive approach to life, having strong mind and body connection, feeling alive and healthy again.

Thank you,

Riley Pavlova"
