Our Body: Reflection of Our Life
Over the course of life the human body will be blemished. For many of us these blemishes are what makes us what we are. It could be as simple as a scar on your knee from when you fell off your bicycle when you were learning to ride at the age of 4. Or it may be the scar of a life saving surgery. Some blemishes are more important to us than other. Stretch lines of the dieter or mother. The limb that was lost in the auto accident or the dedicated soldier. Society standards tend to view these so called 'blemishes' with a negative view. We are all beautiful in our own way and everyone be proud of who they are. Tasteful Naturally:

Introducing Photo of the Week

For the past couple of years I've neglected my Website. Shame on me. I used to share a “Photo of the Week” post here, but it’s been several years since I last did one. That’s certainly not a good thing when my goal is to be known for my photography! Whether it’s a beautiful landscape, a familiar scene from around Maryland’s Eastern Shore, or a special moment captured at a public event, I have plenty of photographs to share....

A Fresh Look, a New Focus, and a Return to Photography

Wow! Sometimes it takes a fresh look at something familiar to realize how much it needs attention. The other day, I started looking at my website, SGAtkinson.com, and realized it was long overdue for a refresh. I hadn’t done much with it in a couple of years, and it was time for a change. I asked AI to evaluate my homepage and offer suggestions....

It was way overdue for me to take a look at my Website.

I started with the Homepage and made changes there to reflect more on my Fine Art Photography and marketing my prints.

Still plenty of work to do. Please take a look and tell me what you think.

Thanks
