This business of ours has been so much more than a means of living—so, so much more.

We started our business in a place of diligent seeking. Newly married and uninspired by the reality of life, we hit our knees. And wouldn’t you know it, Jesus faithfully gave us an idea—often how the Holy Spirit speaks to our hearts—an idea, a knowing. As all God-dreams do, it seemed crazy at the time. We both had full time jobs with benefits and the thought of photography becoming a career was actually laughable. And that’s when the doors began flying open before us: the point where we were at the end of ourselves and at the beginning of God.

But it turns out, it was never really about the business, so to speak. It was about the refinement of our character. It was about the refinement of our marriage. It was about the refinement of our faith in Jesus. We now have journals filled with the ways Jesus has shown up through our business. Ways that only He could have!

May we never, ever take this career for granted, because after all, it didn’t come from us, it came from God Himself. We are truly so grateful!

What a joy it was to celebrate sweet Sophie and Ethan!

These two have the most genuine hearts, and they make it so easy to celebrate them. This was a day of perfect spring weather, beautiful colors and happy tears. Sophie and her family finished just in time for the big day, and we are so incredibly honored to have played a small role in this incredible wedding—the very first of many at this spectacular venue on the Arkansas River. We couldn’t imagine a more perfect way for this space to begin hosting special days just like this one.

So, what is Endeavor?

What began as a desire to help photographers grow in business has slowly evolved into something much deeper.

At its core, Endeavor is rooted in the belief that work has meaning.

We believe God designed work and that through Him, it can once again become deeply fulfilling. We believe business success doesn’t have to come at the expense of our souls. We believe those who know the Creator should reflect Him in the way they lead—with the highest standard of excellence, wisdom, creativity, and character.

While our foundation is rooted in our faith, Endeavor is for anyone seeking to build a profitable, sustainable, and fulfilling wedding photography business.

Our heart is to help wedding photographers pursue excellence through wisdom, stewardship, and purposeful work—not hustle culture, burnout, or performative success.

Right now, Endeavor is beginning with 1:1 consultations for wedding photographers, focused on branding, marketing, and the 6 pillars of Endeavor Academy.

This fall, we plan to launch Endeavor Academy—a more in-depth educational and community experience designed to help wedding photographers grow both personally and professionally.

And honestly, we believe this is only the beginning.

Our hope is to cultivate a community of wedding industry leaders pursuing excellence, intentionality, and work that honors God.
