I constantly tell people you should spend more money on your prints because yes, Walmart's cheap, but their prints don't come anywhere close to this. Fine art paper or metal is the best way to go. I carry samples with me in my portfolio all the time, so if you ever want to see the difference, just ask.

$22 for an 8x12 sounds like a lot until you see the difference.
