The Shumard’s

The forecast called for thunderstorms all day.

We watched the radar, made backup plans, and hoped for the best.

Then, almost as if on cue, the clouds parted, the rain stayed away, and we were gifted one of the most beautiful wedding days.

As we talked about the weather, the bride smiled and said,

“When you’re marrying your best friend, it doesn’t matter what the weather does.”

And honestly… she was right.

Rain or sunshine, the joy was always going to shine through. 🤍
