Digging into these mini sessions before I start my weekend stretch at the hospital.

We have been blessed with another beautiful fall and I'm so glad I was able to capitalize on this weather with this family again.

I've been so distracted by the gorgeous colors of the leaves on the hills in this area that I'm having a hard time keeping my car on the road. Colors are stunning right now. Does anyone else rubberneck for beautiful views this time of year?

This week's weather has been beautiful and this weekend promises to be no different. I have two openings for mini sessions on Sunday afternoon. Please DM me if you are interested in grabbing one.

All 2027 senior galleries are done! I'm behind on previews, but hope to have the last of these galleries delivered by the end of the day.
Congratulations Erin, MHS class of 2027!

It seems appropriate that my last senior sessions of the year fall on Senior Sunday. Congratulations Alex, MHS class of 2027!

The stage is a second home for Lily and when she's there, she owns it! She oozes talent and confidence that I am in awe of. It will be bittersweet to watch her last musical this year. She's leaving behind some pretty big shoes to fill.
Congratulations Lily, RVHS class of 2027!
Thank you Gard Theater for your hospitality!

"You know there's a light that glows by the front door.
Don't forget there's a key under the mat.
Go to church 'cause your mama says to
Visit Grandpa every chance you can.
It won't be wasted time
Always stay humble and kind."

My photography work and social media posting have dramatically decreased since going back to my day job two years ago. But I'm so glad I was able to capture this senior. She's had the same contagious smile since I met her 14 years ago. It is wild to me that for the first time this summer, I am documenting this milestone for my own child and her original classmates! Congratulations Ani, MHS class of 2027!

As a parent, the hardest transition for me was going from one baby to two. I think it was made all the harder having those two babies so close in age. Those days are a whirlwind of chaos in survival mode, but there is still beauty and breath in these moments. As my family has grown and my kids have gotten older, the chaos is still there, but it does change. My memories of those early days and years are a bit blurry and I'm so glad I have the documentation of that time that I do.
