For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Marissa Makres. I’m a local photographer serving the Broken Arrow and Coweta areas. Yesterday morning, my father in law unexpectedly passed away. Sadly, he did not have life insurance, and our family is doing everything we can to cover the cost of his funeral.
My mother in law is also raising my nephew. She has stayed home to care for him, so this has placed an incredible financial burden on her during an already heartbreaking time.
I’m reaching out to my community because I don’t know what else to do!! I never ask for help like this!!!
I’m NOT asking for donations. Instead, I’m asking you to book a photo session with me. Whether you’ve been putting off family photos, need updated pictures of your kids, want couples photos, maternity photos, seniors, branding, or anything else I will make time! I’ve done photography since 2017. I’ve done just about everything. Message me with any date or time that works for you, and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate you.
Every session booked will go directly toward helping us give Tony the funeral he deserves and helping ease the burden on my family he loved so deeply. If you’re unable to book a session, sharing this post would mean the world to us. If you’re able to pay in full upfront, the session is $100. If you’d rather book with my standard payment option, the session is $150, with a 50% non refundable deposit due at the time of booking and the remaining balance due on or before your session. These sessions would be 30 mins unlimited photos. Marissa Rose Photography
