It's no secret that I love my softball girls.

We've been following Avery's career for quite a while thanks to all the Jackson HS softball connections we have, so it was pretty exciting to finally get her in front of my camera for her own senior session.

The thing I loved most about Avery was how easy she made everything look. Whether we were creating softball images or switching things up for a completely different look, she was up for anything and absolutely nailed it.

We packed a lot into this session and ended up with so many great images, but these are definitely a few favorites.

Parents, if you're in the middle of realizing your own athlete is suddenly a senior, save this post as a reminder to document this season. It goes faster than any of us think.

One of my favorite things about working with Thunder Elite 15U Jervis over the years is the creative freedom they give me during the design process.

Every year Coach's instructions are basically, "Do whatever you want," which is both exciting and slightly terrifying.🤣 It gives me a chance to push myself, try new ideas, and create something different than what I did the season before.

This year I decided to tackle something I've always avoided a little bit... grass. Anyone who does graphic design knows realistic grass is not exactly the easiest thing to fake, but I figured I would give it a shot. I'm really happy with how it came together.💙

Thank you for trusting me with your athletes and your program year after year. Have an amazing season, ladies. Go make some memories, compete hard, and kick some butt this summer.

Now that school is out, we are officially in full swing at the studio with summer sessions! Tonight we had a few Honey Badgers athletes stop by for a Pop-In Session, and they absolutely crushed it. Thanks for a really fun night Savvy & Emery!!

Just a few favorites from Marlee's senior session from Mathews High School!

Before her session, we spent some time talking about what she loved and the overall feel she wanted for her photos. Her answer was simple: flowers and water. One of my favorite parts of senior sessions is taking those ideas and turning them into something that feels personal. With the flowers blooming and the pond at the studio looking beautiful, we had the perfect combination for exactly the look she was hoping for.

Class of 2027, your senior year will be here before you know it. Summer and fall dates are already starting to disappear, and the best dates are always first to fill. If you've been thinking about senior photos, now is the time to start planning.

It was a little too late to put something together after last night's incredible 14-inning victory, but here it is!

Congratulations to Maplewood Rockets Varsity Softball on the unforgettable win. We still can't get over that last inning comeback! Way to represent the small-town schools in our area!
