College is such a memorable chapter in life — full of late nights, hard work, friendships that feel like family, and moments that shape who you become. Your headshot says a lot about you—especially when it comes to your business.

I recently had the opportunity to photograph Jesse, creating images he can use across his business so clients can connect a face with the work he does.

At the moment, I specialize in natural-light photography, which helps keep sessions relaxed and images authentic. Later this year, after maternity leave, I’ll also be offering studio sessions with controlled lighting for those wanting a more traditional, corporate-style headshot.

I can officially add “birthday baseball photographer” to my resume! Got to try something totally new in my line of work, and honestly, I loved it.

Being pregnant meant I had to move as fast as possible to catch all the quick, sweet moments these guys were serving up, but it was so worth it. Watching a solid group of friends show up to celebrate David’s birthday was really sweet. There’s something special about seeing your own little community gather around you.

I didn’t share photos of the kiddos who were there, but trust me, there were a lot of them. A whole rambunctious bunch who ended up in costumes, giving total Lost Boys from Peter Pan vibes. Absolutely adorable.

So if you, or someone you know, are planning a birthday party that’s a little outside the box… I’m your girl! 🙌

I rarely share personal things here, but many of you know the challenges my family and I have been walking through lately. In this season, I’ve been clinging to my faith, striving to love like Jesus, and learning what it truly means to trust Him in every part of my life. Though it’s been hard, this time of suffering has revealed so much about where I’ve fallen short and how deeply I need His grace.

Today, I came home, checked the mail, and found a note—along with a gift—from someone who has quietly listened to our struggles and chose to bless us in such a meaningful way. I was stunned. I ran outside to tell Fonzy, overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity behind this gesture.

You may remain anonymous, but your heart speaks loudly. Your love and care for others shine through this act, and you have truly blessed our family. I don’t know how else to express my gratitude except here—thank you, whoever you are. Your compassion is a reflection of God’s love, and we are so deeply grateful. 😭🥹

I love capturing fun, playful moments, but there’s something classic about a traditional family photoshoot. Sometimes all you need is a simple, beautiful shot of you and your loved ones to create memories that last forever.

You’d never guess from these photos, but it was cold and windy that day! Everyone braved the chill and smiled through it, and honestly—it was worth every shiver. When you don’t get to be together like this often, those moments become even more precious. ❤️
