Call your local congressman and senator!
The Maverick Act would allow for at least 1 F-14 to be brought back from retirement to be restored to its former glory for the purpose of public displays, airshows, and naval aviation history. The bill states that the United States would not be viable for any costs and all costs and restoration work would fall to a non-profit organization.
