What I would never do again when it comes to a bo***ir session

I wouldn’t stress over finding the perfect outfit.
I wouldn’t book a spray tan just to feel “ready.”
I wouldn’t obsess over smoothing cellulite or fixing every little detail.
I wouldn’t tell myself I needed to lose 10 pounds first.
I wouldn’t schedule a facial or coolsculpt trying to become a “better” version of me before I showed up.

Because none of those things are what actually make the photos.

What matters is how you feel when you walk into the room…
and more importantly, having someone there who knows exactly how to guide you through it.

I’ve seen women walk in with fresh tans, brand new lingerie, everything “perfect” on paper…
and still feel unsure.

And I’ve seen women show up with simple pieces, no prep, a few nerves…
and absolutely own their session.

The difference isn’t in the details you’re trying to fix.
It’s in the experience you allow yourself to have.
