Once In A Lifetime Achievement ๐
As a coach, there are moments that remind you why you put in the long hours, early mornings, and countless days of preparation. Coaching Big Nash Earwood has been one of those moments.
When Nash first started training with us, he was a young athlete with tremendous potential. Through hard work, discipline, consistency, and dedication to the process, he has transformed into one of the most accomplished youth powerlifters in America.
Over the past year, Nash has:
๐ Become a Georgia State Champion
๐ Set multiple Georgia State Records in powerlifting
๐ Earned national recognition as one of the strongest youth lifters in the country
๐ Qualified for USA Powerlifting Nationals
๐ Captured the title of Strongest 13-Year-Old in America at USA Powerlifting Nationals
His championship numbers include:
๐ช Squat: 419 pounds
๐ช Bench Press: 262 pounds
๐ช Deadlift: 424 pounds
๐ช Total: 1,105 pounds
These numbers didnโt happen by accident. They are the result of commitment, sacrifice, coaching, family support, and a young man who refuses to quit when things get hard.
I am incredibly proud of Nash and grateful to his parents for trusting the process. Along with Coach Mita and Coach Tashaun, we are honored to be part of his journey and excited to see what the future holds.
To every young athlete out there, whether you compete in powerlifting, football, basketball, track and field, wrestling, or any other sport, championship-level training is available right here in Columbus.
