After our back-and-forth early in the season, when the Tigers were facing tough competition, I had a custom 4.0 Fitness Tiger-branded shirt made for the parent of one of the athletes. We talked through our differences about my coverage of the Tigers, found common ground, and agreed to swap jerseys. I’m still waiting on his jersey, but I held up my end.
I haven’t said much about the Tigers since then because I can’t report only the good. That would be biased, and I’m not going to do that for anyone.
So, to those who say I hate Carver or have some disdain for the Tigers: you’re misinformed about me and my brand. Check my YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram over the years. You’ll find that I’ve shown the Carver Tigers more support than I’ve shown my own alma mater, the Kendrick Cherokees—and it’s not even close.
