C4 Pet Photography C4 Pet Photography is a trusted business located in Columbus Ga. Can you tell me a little more about your photography sessions? I prefer simplicity.
(2)

My mission is to provide stunning images that showcase the unique personality of your beloved pets. My goal in every session is simple, Creativity and Quality. I come to your home with a small, portable-studio. Complete with lights, softboxes, backgrounds, and state of the art photography gear. Very little room is needed for the session; I can make the tiniest of apartment’s ideal for your session

. When possible, I will also shoot around your home/yard for even more variety and uniqueness to choose from. Sessions generally take anywhere from an hour to two hours, depending on how many pets I am photographing. (Not including my set-up and packing up). Sessions with a family portrait may last longer. I never look at my watch; my main goal is to have the best possible images I can get of your pet. After your session I will edit your entire session, images are corrected for color and brightness/contrast. Once you select the portraits you like from your on-line gallery, it takes about 1 hr to receive your beautiful digital images. What if my dog is not trained to sit, stay or lay down? I will do the very best that I can to capture the best portraits of your pets. This will limit the amount of good poses I can capture. I will do my best to come up with several different solutions. This may mean using your furniture to relax and calm your pet. What days of the week do you schedule sessions? Ideally I like to book sessions on a weekday (if at all possible), weekends I'm usually photographing dog sporting events. How far in advance do I need to book my pet photography session? Please try to book your pet photography session at least 1 week in advance. What background do you use for my pet's portrait? The focus of your pet's portrait should be your pet, not the background. I normally bring solid color backgrounds to my sessions. I also use your home and the furniture in the pictures, for a more personalized look. How will you handle my dog? How involved do I get to be in the shoot? I will work with your dog directly but your help will be necessary as well. That may mean standing next to the photographer making silly noises or screaming out things like "Park", "Treats" or "Wanna go out???". You will also be the person handling the dog. Treats are used as a last resort. Can you do something unique for my pet's portrait? Sure, I can work with you on any special idea you may have, or you can leave it up to me to come up with something a little different. I do try to produce something unique in every session. The cost of adding an additional pet to your pet photography session is just a fraction of the initial session fee. Please contact me through DM for pricing information. What should I do before my session? How do I get my dog ready for his/her photo shoot? I like to recommend a nice long walk before the session for dogs who may be hyper and over excited. It usually makes for a calmer dog during the shoot. Also please try to have your dog groomed before your session, and have some treats and squeaky toys ready if possible. If you have any further questions please contact me at 706-566-4708 or visit my website at wwwc4petphotos.com.

Last Call Before Summer! May Monthly FastCAT Champion Vote Is OPEN!

This is it, friends, the final FastCAT Face Off Monthly Challenge until we return in September! Since I'll be heading out early Wednesday morning for a little vacation in Pennsylvania, voting for May's winner will run a bit longer than usual. Consider it a gift, more time to rally your people!

And speaking of gifts… the winner of the May Monthly Challenge walks away with a $100 gift certificate good toward FastCAT photos or a photo session with me. Not a bad prize for being adorable and fast!

Now let's talk about this month's lineup. May brought us some absolute CHARACTERS: silly poses, wild facial expressions, and some seriously speedy, sweet pups tearing up the track. It was a great month, and now the decision is yours.

To vote: Click directly on the image of your favorite and drop a ❤️ or a 👍. Share with friends and family, every vote counts!

Voting closes June 10th, and that's when I'll announce our May Monthly Champion.

Good luck to all of our amazing May competitors! I'll see you back here in September when FastCAT Face Off Fridays kick back off. Until then, have a wonderful summer, everyone!

It's FastCAT Face Off Friday — and this week, we've got a problem.

A CUTE problem.

These two absolute heart-melters met me in Fletcher, North Carolina this past weekend, and I'm still recovering. This week's match up isn't fierce vs. fierce or fast vs. fast — it's cuteness vs. cuteness, and honestly? I don't know how anyone is supposed to choose.

But choose you must.

To cast your vote, click on your favorite photo and give it a like or a heart. The dog with the most votes wins the week, and the glory. Voting closes May 31st, so don't sleep on it.

Once all the weekly winners are crowned, we'll kick off voting for the overall May FastCAT Face Off Friday champion. The stakes? Bragging rights and the $100 gift certificate.

Let the voting begin and may the cutest cutie pie win.

Time to Fly FastCAT– Fletcher, NC | Event Recap & Gallery Update

What a weekend! The Time To Fly - Performance Dog Sports in Fletcher, North Carolina was certainly one for the books, three days of steady rain, but I have to say, I have never been more impressed with how smoothly an event was run. The Time to Fly crew and club members handled every challenge with incredible professionalism, and it was truly a pleasure to be a part of it.

As for me, I spent most of the weekend tucked under my tarp, and honestly, it was perfect. The photos turned out absolutely beautiful, and I am so excited to share them with you.

The gallery is now live! Be sure to browse the available packages, as discounted pricing is currently offered.

A note regarding video orders: due to the heavy rainfall, some videos were unfortunately affected by focus issues. If you requested a video, please email me directly, as availability will vary. Videos are $25 each. All the details on how to purchase can be found in the welcome message within the gallery.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'd love to hear from you!

It’s Fastcat Face Off Friday!

Two dogs. Two absolutely unhinged positions. One winner.

I honestly don’t know how they do it, these dogs were caught mid-run in ways that would make a yoga instructor question their career choices. 😄 Their owners have probably never seen them looking quite like this, and honestly? Same.

So here’s the deal, take a good look at both photos, click on your favorite, and drop a ❤️ or 👍 to cast your vote! Which position takes the crown for most gloriously chaotic?

The polls are open, let’s see which dog reigns supreme! 🏆🐶

I'm heading out today for the upcoming Time To Fly - Performance Dog Sports FastCAT event in Fletcher, North Carolina. This is a brand new location and I am really looking forward to checking it out!

As many of you may have seen in the forecast, the weather could be a bit challenging this weekend. Rain, shine, or thunderstorms, I will be there! I may be tucked under my tarp at times, but I will be ready to capture your runs.

If you would like to request a video, please let me know before you enter the catch pan so I can be prepared. Please keep in mind that if it is pouring rain, video may not be possible, but I will do my absolute best to accommodate everyone.

I am so looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend, it has been a couple of weeks and I have truly missed my Time to Fly crew and competitors! Please travel safely and I will see y’all out there!

Here’s what you can expect at your one-hour Christmas session:

A gorgeous, fully styled Christmas backdrop that’s pure holiday magic, fun festive props, outfits, scarves & hats to dress your dog in holiday spirit, delicious, high-value treats to keep those tails wagging and eyes on the camera and a relaxed, joyful experience designed to give you memories you’ll treasure forever.
