Many photographers have come out and made statements about the issues with AI and posting children. So, here is mine.
I have and always will ask permission before posting anyone’s pictures on my page. If you tell me you do not wish for your children to be posted they won’t be and I have no problems with that. If I have posted your child and you change your mind and want me to delete those images just let me know!
I always give the option during sessions to hide your children’s faces while still having them in the photos and will continue to do so. AI has been a rising issue in the world and I will do everything in my power to protect my clients and respect their concerns.
With this being said, there will be families that are okay with their children being posted. Those families I will continue to post to show my work and what other families can expect during their sessions. There truly is not right or wrong way to go about this and who knows, things could change and I could remove all images of children from my page.
