The that time to meaningfully breathe today.

Do red light breathing.
At a red light turn off the music and concentrate your breathe in for 4 hold for 2 and out for 4. Do that until the light turns green.

As of Friday I turned in my keys to my suite in Silhouette Styling Salon. Bittersweet as it was my room that got me closer to home and started my mental health healing journey with my career. I might’ve shed a tear while leaving for the last time.

I am now fully moved and in my forever home with my Sol Sisters. My new space isn’t just double the size but holds so many more opportunities for growth.

I am excited to share this space with you.
