The vibrant color theme of Sara & Nick's wedding was the perfect complement to their energy. While Sara had this playful, fun, and upbeat vibe, Nick was an excellent calming, and attentive match for her. Together, they are truly a match made in heaven. And their beautiful day was really brought to life by their love for each other, their families showering them with affection, and just that pop of color everywhere.

Being engaged and planning a wedding is such a beautiful time. But it can feel overwhelming, too. A big part of the journey is just being kind and patient with yourself, and being in tune with how you feel. Let others help you, focus on your feelings more than the looks or "expectations of things". Slow down if you need to.

Since the consultation, I was pretty excited for Lilah & Luke's engagement session. I felt instantly connected with them, and was eagerly looking forward to meeting them in person and just having fun. Needless to say, it went AMAZING! Their chemistry is so natural and calming, it felt very peaceful to be in their presence. Their wedding day is going to be no different, I can already tell.

I have to start writing the couple's names on my hand before every session from now on. Because what do you mean, this entire session I kept calling Brandon "Braden". 🫣 Luckily, Lilley and Brandon thought it was funny and just went with it. And when they said that, I was reminded that they are exactly the kind of couples I love working with!! Easy going, chill, fun, and sweet. Lilley told me they are not photogenic. I think these photos say otherwise!
