Nature isn’t always pretty…Watch in slow motion as this great blue heron regurgitates a pellet in the Cuyahoga River. Like owls, herons swallow their prey whole and later expel the indigestible bits as a compact pellet. Look closely and you can see this heron doing exactly that!
