When I photograph a family, I don't want to just create a snapshot. I don't want to just show everyone in a frame.

I photograph with intention. With a vision in mind. The portraits I create are meant to show strength, power, and beauty.

A portrait not to just kept on a phone or on a cloud...
ARTWORK... to be displayed in your home.

With the Gieringer's, we accomplished every goal. They are a wonderful family. They showed up and absolutely rocked their portrait session. Their children are kind and their family is strong. That is the truth and exactly what I see when I look at this portrait. I can't wait for them to receive their finished artwork and display it in their home. As a reminder of their values and as a window in time they can return to again and again as the years go by.

I am so thankful they took the time to create this before my move... I hope to reconnect in a few more years to get that next family portrait milestone.

Kolter is TWO!

He is seriously one of the smartest and sweetest two year old's I have ever met! Of course, his mama is also one of the sweetest people I know, so the apple doesn't fall far!

I truly love this family and will miss them so much when I move! This isn't goodbye forever, it's a see you real soon! ❤

Don't blink.

Weren't they just toddlers? The days go by and life is being life.... you are enjoying all their experiences... then all of a sudden you are no longer looking at "little" kids. Your children are becoming who they will be in the next phase of their life, before your eyes. You have so much pride for them but you realize time isn't slowing down.

This is why we create this ARTWORK. This is why we take the time to honor who they are at each phase of their lives. This is why my business exists... to help guide you and help create the heirlooms that will stay with your family for generations.
