5 years ago this week, I made my very first post and officially launched Brianna Cassidy Photography.
It’s so sappy, but I get emotional thinking about that version of me, drowning as a teacher, 8 years in, accepting that position was no longer sustainable. I jumped headfirst into a mentorship, bought the gear, took the courses, worked through lunch breaks and evenings to make it all happen. Then suddenly, quicker than expected, it all did. Inquiries were coming in, clients were recommending their friends and within 10 months I realized I’d be able to go full time and leave teaching.
I’ve worked so hard to build a business I’m proud of, one that allows me to serve families I genuinely connect with and document moments that matter most. I can’t say enough how honored I am that so many of you have trusted and supported me along the way.
Thank you for being here these last five years. What a joy this job really is.
