On Friday Megan and Fran said I do surrounded by their immediate families and all the gorgeous greenery at Garfield Park conservatory. I will never not be in awe of this space. The perfect backdrop for an indoor but outdoor option so you don’t have to worry about weather but still get the lush vibe.
Their ceremony was so sweet with both of the siblings taking part. She wore her mom’s veil. And then they did their first dance before we roamed around for photos and then they headed out to dinner . The perfect microwedding!

Yesterday I did 3 weddings in one day! Yes it’s crazy, but they were all amazing and the timing worked out and I’m terrible at saying no. I kicked off the day at City Hall before heading out to Olive Park for an elopement. And then ended at Garfield Park Conservatory for a microwedding. Enjoy these random clips of my day! Pro tip - if you want to do your engagement session at the Art Institute go during Member hours (I’m a member so I can get you in ;). It’s WAY less crowded so you can get shots that feel like you have the museum to yourself.

You can never go wrong with photos at the Rookery Building. Especially in months like April where Chicago likes to rotate seasons every couple days. Yes there is a permit and fee do this spot (as is the case for most indoor options), but there is nothing else like it.
